You have full control over your data. You can delete your ServiLoop account and all associated data permanently at any time directly inside the mobile app.

How to Delete Your Account from the App

1. Open the ServiLoop app on your Android device.
2. Navigate to Settings (Ayarlar) tab.
3. Tap on Data Management (Veri Yönetimi).
4. Select Delete Account (Hesabı Sil).
5. Confirm the permanent deletion prompt.

What Gets Deleted

Upon confirmation, your profile, business information, all customer records, service histories, photos, appointments, and reminders are permanently deleted from our active database. This action is irreversible.

Request Deletion via Email

If you no longer have access to the app, you can request account deletion by emailing us at mpakdil0@gmail.com with the subject "Delete Account Request" using the email address associated with your account.
