English Summary (Google Play Policy Compliance)

ServiLoop helps service, maintenance, and field technicians manage customer records, job history, scheduled appointments, and reminders. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how it is used, and how you can manage your data.

1. Information We Collect

• Account Information: Name, email address, and optional business details used for account registration and authentication.
• Customer & Service Records: Customer names, phone numbers, addresses, service logs, appointment dates, equipment details, and notes created by the user.
• Service Photos: Photos explicitly captured or selected by you to attach to a service record.
• Subscription & Purchase Information: Status of subscriptions handled via Google Play In-App Billing and RevenueCat. We never collect or store credit card numbers.
• Diagnostics & Analytics: Crash logs and minimal anonymous app events (via Expo / EAS) to maintain app reliability. No personal customer names or emails are included in analytics.
• Support & Activity Information: Feedback you submit in the app, your last app activity time, app version, and a device push token when you enable notifications.

2. Device Permissions

• Contacts (Optional): Allows importing a contact from your phone to a customer card only when you explicitly select it.
• Camera & Photos (Optional): Used only when you choose to take or upload a photo for a service record.
• Calendar (Optional): Used to add scheduled service appointments to your device calendar upon your confirmation.
• Notifications: Used to deliver service and appointment reminders and, when enabled, important ServiLoop product announcements. You can disable notifications in device settings.

3. Data Usage & Third-Party Services

Data is stored securely on cloud servers provided by Supabase (database and authentication) and subscription management is handled by Google Play and RevenueCat. We do not sell personal data or use it for third-party advertising.

4. Data Retention & Deletion

You can permanently delete your account and all associated customer and service data at any time from within the app by navigating to Settings › Data Management › Delete Account or by visiting our Account Deletion Page.
